Material
Spiced to marinate:
115g pear
4 cloves garlic minced
60g grated onions
1 chopped green onions

15ml soy sauce
10ml sesame oil

45g spicy chili paste
Dipping sauce:
10ml sesame oil
60g particle
60g chopped onions
1 chopped green onions
15g chili sauce
1 clove garlic cloves
10ml honey
10g roasted sesame
Perform
Step 1: Wash the meat clean and then cut into thin slices.
