Tofu sauce

Tofu is a delicious but nutritive food. If you have cooked and want to cook breakfast, you can try tofu tofu in the house.

Material:

- 450g of young tofu

- 45ml vegetable oil

- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 3 garlic cloves, chopped

- a branch of ginger, sliced

- 5 cut onions and green leaf


Making Soy Sauce:


- 15ml soy sauce

- 10ml thick soy sauce

- 10g sugar

- 5g cornstarch

- 10ml of black vinegar

- 5ml sesame oil

- 15ml of water

Making:

- Cut the tofu into square blocks of about 2 cm, to drain.

- Put the oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, put the beans in golden brown.

Grab the beans to the plate, pour out excess oil from the pan leaving only about 10ml.

- Mix all the ingredients to make the sauce into a smooth mixture.

- Put ginger, garlic and onions in a frying pan until it smells good. Add the green peas and green peppers, sliced red onions until tender chili.

- Add the sauce to the pan and mix well.

- Green onions on the island, then poured all the dishes, eat hot.
