If you move too hard and wear loose bra, then your chest will soon run like "fruit". Many sisters spend 10 minutes each day to massage their breasts, but that is a misconception. The breasts only bloom when you supply more fat and protein to it. The massage only helps the chest firmer, however, must be properly massage. If you massage the wrong way, you will get the opposite result is a set of breasts, muscles, skin aging chest.

1. Massage with ice

Prepare:
2 thin sheets of towels
A bowl of crushed ice cubes
Implementation: Divide the crushed stone into 2 parts, wrap it in 2 sheets. Use two hands to squeeze the top of your breasts in a way that moves from the bottom to the top, from the outside into the chest. Every night, after bathing you should do this in 7-10 minutes.
Cold stone is often used to apply the bumps on the body as it exfoliates the skin and calms the fat cells under the skin. For the skin of the chest as well, cold stone will make a nice ring and add firmness.

Every day, while showering, you should let the shower spray directly on your chest. Using gentle massage hands from the bottom up, from the outside will help round a round, not sagging. If not cold water bath, you should drench, at warm water, when cold water for the "double mountain". Do not take a hot bath because it will soothe the skin and the chest muscles.

3. Exercise for the chest

Exercise 1: Stand upright with your hands on your hips, legs up, and put your elbows back, so that the elbows are as close together as possible. Make 30 rhythms, relax for a few minutes and then do another. When taking a breather into your nose, exhale through your mouth naturally.
Exercise 2: Stand straight, with both hands across shoulder, hands clasped together. The elbows point outward, the hand pointing to the chest. Squeeze two hands. Breathe, breathe deeply (as much as possible) and count to 100.
Exercise 3: Sit upright on a chair, with your shoulders relaxed, your arms relaxed along your torso, your hands up against your chest and press your palms together. Hold for a few seconds and return to the original posture. Repeat 20 times.
With these exercises, sisters can work in the office between hours, just relax, and help lift the chest.
